Facing the sea and surrounded by pines, the Spa at Hostal Empúries invites you to care for your health and wellness using natural therapies designed especially to help you reach a state of complete physical and mental wellness. We have opened a space where each guest can feel more vital, healthy, and renewed—inside and out. Enter a dimension that will improve your quality of life, prevent diseases, and balance your mind and body.
Our spa places the following facilities at your disposition:

- Vitality Pool, kept always between 32 and 34 degrees Celsius, with air mattresses, Jet Stream VIVA, swan neck (pressure cascade), and cobra cascade
- 14-metre lap pool, kept at 26 degrees Celsius
- Steam sauna
- Dry sauna
- Cascade shower
- Sensory shower
- Cube shower
- 4 booths for natural treatments
Our spa activities include also treatments and therapies, for which we use only healthy products with natural origins, free of silicones and petroleum derivatives, and which are made with biodegradable ingredients based on algae, mud, and salt.
