This Fall – Winter, collect yourself and plant the seed of regeneration.

As in the biological cycle in the natural world which surrounds us, the winter at Hostal Empúries is a period of collection and reflection, a time to rest and to find ourselves.

Hostal Empúries has prepared an inspiring programme of connection with your inner energy and with nature. And with the Siembra Experience (“Plant the Seed”), you will be participating in our 1=2 Solidarity Programme, which supports improving the living conditions of people in situations of economic and social vulnerability.

Below is the programme of the Siembra Experience:

• Special welcome to the programme
• On the afternoon you arrive, there will be a guided session of do-in shiatsu, a Japanese technique of self-massage using pressure with the fingers on the body’s energy points. The session, which lasts 60 minutes, consists of a first phase of partnered stretches to prepare the body and the mind, a second phase of shiatsu self-massage, and a third phase of final relaxation. The session is guided by the therapists at our spa.
• Dinner at the fine-dining restaurant Portitxol
• Accommodation in a superior room with views of the sea *
• Breakfast buffet
• On the morning of your second day, plant and cultivate in Hostal Empúries’s organic vegetable garden. For one      hour, a member of our team will introduce you to organic farming, seasonal products, types of care, and treatments from the garden. You will pick the mature fruit and plant new plants to continue the natural cycle.

With this experience, you will be participating in Hostal Empúries’s solidarity programme with a contribution of €4.
