We have an expert teacher who has years of experience teaching Hatha yoga and who teaches students to practice the basic principles of this philosophy in her classes: postures (asanas), breath work (pranayama), relaxation (savasana) and meditation (dhyana).

Paddle Surf and Kayak
Surfing with an oar is the ancient way of sailing over the water. The oar pushes against the water while the feet remain on the surf board.
