We have an expert teacher with years of experience in teaching Hatha Yoga, which teaches in his classes practice of the basic principles of this philosophy: appropriate exercise (asanas), proper breathing (pranayama), proper relaxation (savasana) and meditation (dhyana)
Schedules yoga class
Sundays from 9 am to 10:30 a.m., 12 € pax (free for guests staying)
Classes from June to September: Tuesdays and Saturdays from 9:00 p.m. 19.30 12 € pax
Bonus 10 sessions / € 100
Private lessons 50 € a person, supplement of 20 € person added.
